Terms of trade and delivery


MÆT Pets ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will be deducted immediately, but can be refunded by mistake order.

All amounts are in DKK Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.

MÆT Pets uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.

All prices stated on MÆT Pets include VAT and taxes. All prices are daily prices.


There is free delivery on the sample package and the meal box (subscription).

If you order snacks or products individually, the shipping is DKK 39 and DKK 89 for refrigerated goods.

The price includes box with cooling bags and cooling elements. Safe food transport with track and trace.


We deliver everywhere in Denmark, except for non-bridged islands.

We deliver on Mondays between 10:00 – 22:00.

All incoming orders before Wednesday at 17:00, will be delivered on Monday. Orders after Wednesday at 17:00 will be delivered the following Monday.

If you have special wishes regarding your order, just note it in the comments field.

Delivery of goods from MÆT Pets is considered completed when you as a customer have received the goods. We place your goods in the desired location as far as possible.


Packages are sent as flex delivery, ie. you do not need to be at home, but simply write down where you want the package placed in the box “notes”, e.g. carport, terrace, bicycle shed or lign.

Remember that the parcel post must have access to the selected location!
In case of locked stairwells and the bidder does not have the opportunity to enter, there must always be an alternative delivery address, e.g. your neighbor or workplace.
The driver does not take deliveries with return!

The responsibility for the box and its contents passes to you once the parcel post has delivered the box to your address.

Right of complaint

We always like to hear from you if there is something you are unhappy with or that you think we can do better. If you have complaints about your delivery, we must be contacted on +45 8980 5155. Complaints must be made as soon as possible after receipt / opening of the package with photo documentation of the contents. This applies both in relation to the delivery of the package and to the contents of the package. That way, we can respond immediately and give you a better service.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.

MÆT Pets will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal
As MÆT Pets delivers food, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act, section 17, subsection. 2, No. 1.

Subscription agreement

When entering into a subscription agreement – e.g. memberships and other ongoing services – the customer approves that MÆT Pets is entitled to continuously carry out transactions on the customer’s payment card in accordance with the products ordered by the customer.

The customer gives permission for MÆT Pets to complete a payment transaction for each payment period (every week, every 2 or every 4 weeks) for as long as the subscription runs. The amount will be deducted on the day of dispatch either every week, every 2 or every 4 weeks, depending on whether the customer wants delivery every week, every 2 or every 4 weeks. In the case of subscription agreements, MÆT Pets is only entitled to carry out payment transactions on the subscription amount for the coming subscription period.

It is possible for the customer to change the subscription composition, and the amount will thus change in relation to what is desired. MÆT Pets is entitled to carry out payment transactions in relation to any change of subscription. After each completed payment transaction, a receipt is sent to the e-mail address provided when starting / purchasing the subscription.

Subscription agreements entered into are valid until they are terminated by MÆT Pets or the customer. Termination can take place at any time.

Termination of subscription agreements, renewal and deletion of card information is done by sending an email to MÆT Pets. In the event of a card expiration, an e-mail is automatically sent with a reminder that card information must be renewed.

Prepayment is not refundable by MÆT Pets.
